Accessibility Statement
Last updated - May 20, 2026
1. Our Commitment
Elevated Health RX is committed to making our website, intake handoff, checkout, support channels, and patient-service experience usable by people with disabilities. Accessibility is especially important in healthcare-related services, where users may need to complete forms, read safety information, manage subscriptions, and communicate about care.
2. Accessibility Standard
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines ("WCAG") as our technical reference and aim to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably achievable. These guidelines address perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust web experiences.
- Keyboard access and visible focus states.
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and form structure.
- Color contrast and text readability.
- Alternative text or appropriate hiding for images.
- Error messages that identify the issue and help the user recover.
- Responsive layouts that support zoom, small screens, and assistive technology.
- Captions, transcripts, or equivalent alternatives for multimedia where applicable.
3. Testing and Review
We use a combination of automated and manual review, including:
- Automated checks such as Lighthouse, axe, or equivalent tools for common issues.
- Keyboard-only navigation checks on important pages and flows.
- Review of headings, labels, link text, focus order, and form error states.
- Spot checks with common screen readers and browser combinations.
- Review of user reports submitted through the contact methods below.
4. Third-Party Services
Some parts of the experience may be provided by third parties, including intake or patient portal services supported by Dosable, pharmacy communications, payment forms, carrier tracking, email/SMS tools, and embedded verification resources. We work to choose vendors that support accessible experiences, but we do not fully control third-party systems.
If a third-party tool creates a barrier, contact us and we will help you find an alternative way to complete the task where possible.
5. Known Limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We continue to improve form labels, focus states, third-party handoff behavior, long legal-page readability, image alternatives, and error recovery across the sales page, intake handoff, checkout, and support flows.
6. Alternative Access
If an accessibility barrier prevents you from using the website, completing intake, managing a subscription, accessing portal information, or contacting support, we can provide assistance by phone or email. We will make reasonable efforts to help you complete the task through an accessible alternative.
7. How to Report a Barrier
If you experience an accessibility issue, please contact us and include enough detail for us to locate and investigate the barrier.
- Email support@elevatedhealthrx.com with the subject "Accessibility."
- Call (877) 201-1517.
- Tell us the page or feature, what happened, the assistive technology used if any, your browser, your device, and your preferred contact method.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 2 business days and to provide a status update or remediation plan within 30 days for verified issues.
